Meetings are usually held either at Litlington Village Hall, Litlington, BN26 5RG or at All Saints' Church, West Dean BN25 4AL at7.00pm 
and are proceeded by Public Questions from 6.50pm. Please check the agenda for the venue.

For Planning Meetings there are no Minutes, the recommendations of the Councillors are recorded in the Minutes of the following CVPC meeting.
